SHIPPING
What is Standard Shipping?
Orders over $45 ship free anywhere in the US. Under $45, pick the option that works for you:Standard Shipping: $6 flat rate, arrives in 2–5 business days (2.5 days on average) 2-Day Shipping (FedEx): $12 flat rateBoth options ship anywhere in the US.
When Do Orders Placed Go Out For Shipping?
All orders placed before 12:00 EST will be sent out on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 EST will go out the following business day.
Who Do You Work With For Shipping?
For Standard Shipping orders we work with a combination of shippers to make sure you get your order as soon as possible. Standard orders arrive within 2-5 business days (with an average delivery time of 2.5 business days). For 2-Day Shipping we work with FedEx.
How Can I Track My Order?
Your tracking info is in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find the email? Check your junk folder, and mark us as "not junk" so you never miss an update. Still nothing? Message us on chat or via email and we'll find your order for you.
How Can I Change My Shipping Address?
We move fast: your order starts getting packed the second you place it. That means we can't change the shipping address once it's in. Typo or moved recently? Message us on chat and we'll do what we can to make it right.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Not yet, bestie. 💔 Right now, Cultique only ships within the U.S. But we have plans to go international, so stay close. Sign up for our emails to be the first to know when we start shipping your way.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
Can I cancel my Order?
We start processing your order the moment you place it, so we can't cancel or change it after that. Changed your mind? No problem. Once your order arrives, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for free. Just message us on live chat or email us at hi@cultiquetights.com to get started.
What's The Return Policy?
Our goal is simple: you, feeling amazing in your tights. Not obsessed? Send them back for a full refund or swap them for something you'll love. Wrong shade, size up, or just not your vibe? It happens. Return or exchange any US order within 30 days of delivery. One thing to know: since these are intimates, returned items need to be undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging. We can't accept returns that don't meet these requirements.
Need to send something back?
Just send us a chat or email us at hi@cultiquetights.com. Include: Your order number, the reason for your return, a quick confirmation that your items are unwashed, undamaged and still in their original packaging. Got an issue with your order? Take a few pics and add them to your message. That way our team can take care of it in one go, no back-and-forth needed.
How Can I Receive a Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to the original method of payment. Once items are returned by the customer, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed into your account (but it usually happens much faster).
Not the Right Fit or Shade, Need an Exchange?
Let’s fix that. Send us a chat or email us at hi@cultiquetights.com and include:
- Your order number
- What you’re swapping and what you’d like instead (size, shade, or style)
- Photos of the item(s) you’re sending back — these are a must!
- A quick confirmation that everything is unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging
No pics, no swap, so snap a few before sending your message. Our team will take it from there.
Where Is My Order Number?
Your order number is in your Cultique order confirmation email. Just search your inbox for “Cultique” and it should pop right up. Can’t find it? Check your junk or spam folder. Still nothing? Message us on chat or email us at hi@cultiquetights.comwith the email address you used to place your order, and we’ll track it down for you.
